In general, the health insurances must follow the prescription (prescription) of the doctor and assume the resulting costs.

This also applies to our active insoles.

(see BSG judgment of 29.09.97, AZ .: 8 RKn 27/96 and BSG judgment of 31.08.2000, AZ .: B 3 KR 21/99).

In almost all cases, the private health insurances cover the costs for our active insoles.

The statutory health insurance companies also partly follow the jurisprudence (see above).

For reimbursement, you should always submit a prescription from your treating doctor to the health insurance company.

The following formulation can be used on the recipe:

Spring-loaded, pre-formed insoles (from Step Forward), adapted to the size of the vault.

You submit the invoice for the active deposits together with the prescription.

If your health insurance company requests a cost estimate, please contact us.
