Conditions
1. General
The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Differing rules of the contractor, we hereby expressly oppose. All side agreements require our written confirmation. Step Forward GmbH is entitled at any time to change or add to these general terms and conditions, including all possible attachments, with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received beforehand will be processed according to the then still valid old general terms and conditions.
2. Offer
Our offers are non-binding. Small deviations and technical changes compared to our images or descriptions are possible. The respective catalog loses its validity with the publication of a new edition.
2.1 Should Step Forward GmbH subsequently recognize that there is an error e.g. If, for example, the information about a product, price or availability has crept in, Step Forward GmbH will inform the customer of this immediately. He can confirm the order again under the changed conditions. Otherwise Step Forward GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
3. Delivery and payment
Step Forward GmbH's terms of delivery and payment are specified in more detail in the order form. There is no minimum order quantity. All our prices include the statutory value added tax of 7% or 19%. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery within a reasonable scope for you, provided this appears advantageous for a speedy processing. Additional shipping costs are only incurred if expressly agreed. Special forms of delivery requested by our customers will be charged with a local surcharge.
4. Delivery times
Goods that are in stock (we assume no liability for transport difficulties) are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 2 to 5 days. If the goods are not in stock when the order is placed, we will endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible. If the non-compliance with a delivery or service deadline is due to force majeure, labor disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline will be extended appropriately. If the delivery deadline is not met for reasons other than those mentioned above, the buyer is entitled to set a reasonable grace period in writing with the threat of rejection and, after the deadline has expired, to withdraw from the contract with regard to the delivery or service in the contract. If the impossibility of delivery is due to the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both we and the buyer can withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 2 months. Claims for damages due to delay or impossibility or non-performance, including those that arose up to the point of withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. Unless a legal representative of Step Forward GmbH has acted willfully or with gross negligence.
5. Instructions on the right to exchange and return
We guarantee a right of return within 14 days for unused goods. The return period is met by sending the goods in due time (invoice date). We will only accept returns if they have been sufficiently franked.
5.1 According to the Distance Selling Act, you have two weeks after receiving the goods to return the items you have ordered. The right of return is exercised by the timely dispatch of the goods received. The purchase contract will then be terminated and we will immediately refund the purchase price if it has already been paid. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the return deadline.
5.2 Obvious defects (in particular damage, incorrect deliveries or quantity deviations), transport damage or other defects must be reported to Step Forward GmbH in writing without delay, at the latest, however, within a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. Notification by email to info@sf-de.de is sufficient.
5.3 As part of the right of withdrawal, you have the option of checking and inspecting the items you have ordered - just as you would in a shop. This right does not include the use of the items supplied. We do not take back goods with visible signs of use that make it impossible to sell the product again.
5.4 The right of return is not valid for goods at reduced prices and on the occasion of special sales promotions.
5.5 The assignment of warranty claims to third parties is excluded.
5.6 If the buyer sells the items delivered by us to third parties, he is prohibited from referring to us because of the associated legal and / or contractual warranty claims.
6. Transfer of risk
The goods are delivered at the customer's risk. The risk is transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the transport company. This also applies if Step Forward GmbH has assumed the transport costs. Complaints due to transport damage (e.g. damaged packaging on receipt of the goods) must be made directly to the transport company by the customer within the deadlines provided.
7. Warranty
Step Forward GmbH guarantees that the goods sold are free of material and manufacturing defects at the time of the transfer of risk and that they have the contractually guaranteed properties.
Upon arrival, the customer must immediately examine the goods for defects and quality. In the case of obvious defects, these must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of discovery, as well as hidden defects. Otherwise there is no guarantee for these defects. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery. In the event of complaints, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. The complained article must be sent in together with a copy of the invoice with sufficient postage. Step Forward GmbH reserves the right to deviate from shop and / or brochure images. These deviations as well as customary deviations in terms of color, quantity or weight are not considered defects and do not trigger any warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the delivered goods. Step Forward GmbH has the right to free rework during the warranty period. A partial or complete exchange of the article is permissible. If defects are not remedied within a reasonable period, the buyer has the right to rescission or reduction.
8. Product warranty
Step Forward guarantee includes material defects as well as defects in the manufacturing process. Should the insoles break, splinter, or tear within 10 years of purchase, contact us for a free replacement. If the orthotics flatten, please contact us to learn how to restore arch support.
The guarantee does not cover heat damage (over 50 ° C), abrasion (discharge), culpable behavior or incorrect use. Do not let dogs chew on the pads. Don't leave them in the sun. Keep your shoes clean inside! The original receipt must be shown for all warranty claims. Furthermore, the general civil and commercial law regulations apply.
9. Satisfaction guarantee:
We want our customers to be satisfied.
That is why we give you the opportunity to return your deposits three months after the date of purchase. (Please in a clean condition!)
You will be reimbursed the purchase price minus EUR 75 if the following conditions are met:
1. You wear the Step Forward insoles for 2.5 months. (An early return is only possible by arrangement)
2. You inform us in writing of your wearing experience twice (no later than 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the purchase date plus / minus 1 week).

If you have not contacted us within 5 weeks of the date of purchase, no return is possible.
If you are satisfied from the start, there is no need to contact us.
Deviations from the guarantee conditions can only be made by mutual agreement.
10. Liability
Step Forward GmbH assumes no liability for goods delivered that have been changed, rebuilt or otherwise manipulated by the buyer or a third party after they have been dispatched or picked up. We do not assume any liability for damage of any kind caused by deliberate or negligent impairment of the products supplied by the customer.
10.1 Claims by the customer for damages, e.g. due to non-performance, negligence when concluding the contract, breach of secondary contractual obligations, consequential damage caused by defects, damage from tort and other legal reasons are excluded. Claims under the Product Liability Act are not affected.
10.2 Step Forward GmbH assumes no liability for the constant and uninterrupted availability of www.sf-de.de or for technical or electronic errors in the online offer.
11. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Step Forward GmbH until they have been paid for in full
12. Data storage
In accordance with Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw your attention to the fact that the data required for business transactions are processed and stored using a computer system in accordance with Section 33 (BDSG). Personal data will be treated confidentially.
13. Place of jurisdiction
The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction for both parties is the headquarters of Step Forward GmbH. It is only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
